TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Confirm reservation

You can check the availability of the apartments on our website and send us a request. Once we receive your inquiry, we will confirm your booking and send you all the necessary information for the advance payment.

Payment

Payment for your booking can be made:
• in cash upon arrival
• by bank transfer to our account at least 7 days before arrival

Credit and debit cards are not accepted.

The price includes:

Residence tax, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning service.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €300 in cash will be required at check-in and refunded upon departure, provided that no damage has occurred. In case of any damage to the apartment or its equipment caused by guests, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
For cancellations made later, 30% of the total amount will be charged (the booking deposit).
In case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

House Rules

Please respect the property and enjoy your stay as you would in your own home.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. We would appreciate if you contact us before your arrival and inform us about your arrival time.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Parties and events are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed.

Vacation with friends, that's how it felt. The apartment as well as the whole complex is very clean and well maintained, the equipment is good đź‘Ť and the terrace and view simply a dream. The pool with the loungers and umbrellas tops it all off. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, but offer everything you need: restaurant, market, beach bar, everything within walking distance. And whenever you meet Franco and Marija, there is a friendly hello and a bright smile with an enchanting wave. I wish the two of them continued good health, so that many guests can visit these wonderful people and their house. And also many greetings to Helena and her family!

I really enjoyed my vacation with Marija and Franko. The large terrace is of course a highlight, but the pool is also excellent with the view of the sea. My dog also liked it very much, enough opportunities to come with him to the sea, are within walking distance or accessible by car. (Attention for dog owners: Terrace is not completely enclosed. Was not a problem for us.) Would book again anytime.

The apartment was very clean, everything you needed was available. The terrace overlooking the sea was very impressive.

The absolute highlight was the pool, where you could relax wonderfully.
It is a bit off the beaten track, you had to drive about 20 minutes by car to the nearest larger town, but you have absolute peace and quiet, so if you are looking for pure relaxation, this is the place to be.

Pool and sun loungers are great for relaxing.
The apartment has a terrace where you can eat overlooking the sea and a second terrace where you can relax on a sun lounger or practice yoga.

There are beautiful beaches in the area, the water is clean and the bottom is visible even at a great depth!

Here, nature is still just as one would wish it to be. The hosts are very warm and helpful. The accommodation was clean and perfect for self catering. We would come back anytime. 
The apartment is large, spacious, air-conditioned, and has everything you need. It was super clean. A huge pool with an amazing view makes the whole experience unforgettable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. For all of us, it was a wonderful holiday overall. Thank you!
